The Afghan Parliament has been attacked by Taliban today morning. Six Taliban attackers including a suicide bomber have been killed, claims Police. The police operation ended after two hours of the initial explosion in form of a suicide car bomb outside the parliament in Kabul. The spokesperson of Afghan Ministry of Interior Affairs has confirmed the explosions and ensured quick actions by deploying security forces.
There is no news of any death, however 18 civilians have been wounded which includes two women and two children and all MPs are reported to be safe as per Govt sources.
Terror attacks have grown in number at increasing pace in Kabul. The city has never recovered since a US-led war ousted the hardline Islamic Taliban regime in 2001
